Bathroom color choices
Colors should be complimentary to the nearest bedroom as a design consideration. If the bedroom is based on a blue motif, so should the bath. For paints, use those designed for bathrooms as they offer additional moisture protection against the constant water flow and discourage mold and mildew growth.
Solid color choices for bathroom walls allow for a simpler time in pairing bath towels and artwork, where the entire interior design concept can come to life. Again, these are reflective of the nearest bedroom, so when looking for options in these, keep the bedroom in mind.
Bath towels
More than any other element in the room, bath towels are an expendable item, as they certainly will not last forever. With a family of four, you can expect to purchase new, everyday use towels every six months, so picking a color combination is critical to maintaining your bathroom look. Guest towels that compliment the bathroom colors should also be a consideration, as these tend to be more luxurious and will be used in the space longer with less use.
