Eames House: A Nature Lover Home
Many people today look for an interior design that complement well with the nature. Thus, this style of house, which is known as Eames House and can be seen in Pacific Palisades, has a very natural ambiance due to its designs and furniture used inside. This was preserved in an approach Ray Eames left it upon her loss way back in 1988. Moreover, even though Ray and Charles may no longer in this world, but their plants are still breathing and giving life to the house. The plants and its color is what made the house stay alive, filled with fresh air and moisture.

Recently, this house have been the renowned by getting attention and credit due to their enclosure in the LACMA California Modern, 1930-1965: Living in a Modern Way that it truly deserved. The whole contents of this house’s living room have been relocated temporarily to LACMA for the display, giving their house some required downtime for maintenance. All the magnificent furniture, rugs, the library and other stuffs have been pictured and cataloged and it can now be seen in a gallery, apart from the plants.


Moreover, there are imitated substitutes in the display, but without their existence in the middle of the furniture and other stuffs in the show, the house seems perished. The plants in the Eames House are an essential as the paintings, wood panels, glass and other things and furniture that Ray and Charles collected. Without the plants inside their home, it will become dull and feels like home alone.
