It was with this almost maternal passion for sustainable design and living that Rachel conceived eTTa Designs – a full service international boutique interior design firm that brings forth her extensive knowledge in not only all things interior, but textile design, fashion merchandising, and a focus on hospitality with event planning and design.

Founder and head designer of the firm, Rachel offers a relaxed, organized and fresh approach to analyzing a project in order to avoid costly mistakes – which is achieved by balancing both design and budget to deliver an upscale design style with minimum impact on your finances.

As a California Interior Designer, Rachel Winokur stays abreast of the latest news, design trends, and the most recent innovations in eco-friendly design by being an allied member of ASID, a Certified Green Building Professional, a member of the United States Green Building Council (USGBC) LA Chapter and Build It Green.

A strong academic background only serves to enhance the hands on experience this Los Angeles County Designer brings to the table. Her many accolades include working side by side with designers that have bragging rights of their own, such as; being the Decorator of the Commercial Department for Michael S. Smith, Inc., whose firm decorated the Obama White House, and getting her start with Boston’s award wining architecture firm Ann Beha Architects.

Having resided on a 25-foot sailboat and collecting eggs from the chicken coop in the backyard, Rachel Winokur loves to speak of her childhood background – a background that could be credited for instilling her believe in being kind to the environment and using eco-friendly resources in a capacity in which is not only beneficial to the outdoors, but elevates your Interior Designing Style to a whole new unrivaled form of creativity and function.
