Interior Gurus Announces New Interior Design Contest Platform
When there is a need, there is a way … Clay Kramer, founder of Interior Gurus, is proving that to be true with the creation of a brand new website aimed at connecting those who are looking to have a space redesigned – or decorated – and providing them the opportunity to Take Advantage of Working with an Interior Designer on a contest driven platform.
Interior Gurus was conceptualized out of need that Clay, himself, stumbled upon when he was trying to Find An Interior Designer to assist him in decorating his rental apartment’s bedroom. Failing to locate someone within his budget, or to obtain the designing advice specific to his needs, the concept for the contest format was derived.
Professional Decorating Advice for Renters
This Interior Design contest takes into consideration the requirements of decorating not only a budget, but also recognizing that renters often have a different set of decorating dilemmas than someone who has ownership of the residence. In addition, the client in need of the services will be able to set his own price point, so he not only receives advice specific to his rental space, but he receives it from from qualified professionals at a price that reflects his budget.
However, it’s not the only renters seeking advice that will benefit from Interior Gurus, but Interior Designers, as well. It’s the perfect opportunity for those that may be relatively new to the Design Industry to build their portfolios – which will afford up and coming Designers the opportunity to increase their client base, grow their businesses, and reap the benefits of gaining more exposure in their chosen field of designing.
The End Results?
Interior Gurus new format will allow a client to upload photos or videos of the room that they want redesigned or decorated, and in turn, qualified Interior Designers will be able to reply with their ideas for the space via layouts, sketches and material boards – all of which results in the client decorating the space with a design that is specific to their needs, at a price that they can afford.
Interior Gurus is expecting beta testing to start in June, 2011.
