A Contemporary Remodel by Interior Designer Ariana Vardi

Many trades and professions are handed down through families as the younger generation blossoms under their watch – which is exactly how Los Angeles Interior Designer Ariana Vardi sparked her passion for design. With an Interior Designer for a grandfather and a contractor for a father, she knew early on she couldn’t imagine becoming anything else.

This classy and Contemporary Design renovation was completed on a historical home that formerly belong to Mr. Charlie Chaplin. Ariana resurrected this living space with neutral tones that allow the deep colored artwork to “pop”. Beautiful, inspiring and inviting.

The Media Room was next in this major remodel. Thick black carpeting surrounded by custom padded walls (for extra sound proofing), was added to compliment the new surround sound system and the new contemporary style of flair – all of which brought this room to a new level of classy, functional entertainment.

The Guest Bathroom was given an extraordinary transformation. Teak floors with custom teak vanity and tub were installed, while the ceiling is illuminated by LED lighting with a resin and seaweed composite.

This contemporary Kitchen Design wasn’t from the same home as the remodel above, but it goes to show you the extent of Ariana’s talent. Reusing the existing appliances, installing new cabinetry and implementing a new Lighting Design are just a few of the elements that transformed this kitchen into a contemporary piece of art.

A Dream Come True

Starting out working for architects and contractors, Ariana’s career made it full swing when she began her own Interior Design company AVID Concepts in late 2007. Now with over 7 years of professional experience, this up and coming interior designer makes it perfectly clear that she absolutely loves what she does and wouldn’t dream of doing anything else … and that’s definitely good news for all of us.
