Pennsylvania Home Staging Success Story by Diane Beck

Recently, decorating and home staging professional, Diane Beck of Vibrant Interiors, sent in some photos of a Pennsylvania home staging project that resulted in a closed sale within 30 days. The home had been on the market for over a year and was now owned by a relocation company.

Diane was contacted by CORT Furniture Rental, who represented the relocation company, requesting to evaluate the home and provide home staging recommendations including furniture and accessories, paint colors as well as provide them with before and after photos. There was also some outside landscaping work done on the house per Diane’s recommendations. The home sold within 28 days at full listing price, and this is just another example about how staging a home will motivate buyers by helping them envision their dream home.
