About Alicia Garey

Born and raised in New York, Alicia came to California in the late 70's. After many years in the television industry working at one of the largest talent agencies on the West Coast, Alicia followed her true passion and made the transition to interior design, attending the nationally acclaimed UCLA Interior Design Program.

One of Alicia's early design positions, facilitating custom made furniture, was with famed real estate developer and interior designer Bobi Leonard, who reinvigorated Main Street in Santa Monica in the late 1970's and led the way for future interior designers. Alicia was also marketing consultant at Syndesis in Santa Monica, founded by Environmental Architect David Hertz. Alicia has designed residential, commercial and public school interiors in Los Angeles. While Alicia's roots were planted in city life as a child, she truly appreciates the ocean environment on the West Coast and considers nature to be a great source of inspiration in all of her projects.
