About Kate Zylstra

With both a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Interior Design, my passions lie in historic preservation and sustainable design. After graduating from Illinois State University I worked for a residential design firm based in Chicago where I specialized in kitchen and bath design. I then moved to Greensboro, NC to pursue a graduate degree and have since taken up residence in this great state where winter lasts only a few short months.

As a Sales and Design Consultant with Furnitureland South I am able to assist in furnishing your dream home. Whether you are re-designing one room or an entire house, I will work with you to customize your interior to reflect your lifestyle and personality.
