When you're investing time & money in your home or business, then design should speak to you & about you, about how you live, where you've been & where you're going.

||We feel the best way to hire someone is to interview them. So, we offer a free consultation with no obligation. We will come to your location so you can interview the designer and ask questions about working with us first hand. This is a great way to get a better feel for how we work, who we are, and get questions answered. You can tell us about your design project and we will let you know if your project is something we can help you with or not. You are under no obligation to hire us. This free interview stage is usually no more than a half hour. Since this is only an interview it does not include design ideas for your project. If we mutually agree to proceed, we will schedule an in-house meeting and begin the design process, which consists of a few, but critical, stages.

About Alegre Designs LLC
My family taught me values, gave me the opportunity to experience life with an open mind and always believed in me. There was mutual honesty, trust and respect. These qualities are a part of me today.
I grew up traveling and living all over the world, but the art, architecture, traditions and customs of growing up in Italy and New York influenced me the most. It’s where my real love for art began.
Following my love of art, I studied art and design throughout high school and college. I graduated from New York Institute of Technology with a Bachelor Fine Art degree, majoring in Interior Design. After marrying my high school sweetheart, I began my career. While studying under Architects, working in retail sales, managing furniture and decorating centers in cities all over the United States, my passion for design flourished. After raising my children, I opened my company, Alegre Designs, LLC, named after my boys, Alex and Greg. Knowing the commitment that would be needed in running a business, I was excited to finally have the time to dedicate to my clients and their designs, further my education and grow my business.
The European culture and New York City lifestyle positively influenced my distinctive design approach: combining old treasures with new to create a space that engulfs you with warmth, comfort, and tradition. Carefully selected accessories or details will pleasantly surprise you, sometimes with a small bit of whimsy. My inspiration comes from reusing your treasured things or coming across a unique find. Playful and careful mix of color, texture, lighting and space planning combine to create chic and sophisticated spaces.
I love designing and creating for my clients, but you’ll always find me volunteering my time and sharing my talent with others who are less fortunate or for a cause dear to my heart. In giving I gain so much personally and spiritually and I love helping people. Whether it’s my clients, family, or the community, I am most fulfilled when I’m doing for others.
