| Fee Structure | Our payment structure: starts at 500 Thai Baht per square meter and move up from there; depending on the type of design and size of project. This is only design fee. If we average most projects at medium budgets and counting design, building, furnishing and management start to finish, the average pricing would fall into 10,000 baht per sq-m. We do small condominiums, businesses and companies We do Large Villas Condominiums, Town-houses, Businesses In short any size project within reason. Initial consulting and mood-board presentation are free Deductions from Prime Interior Design expense is dependent on a few key factors and how much of the project IP is used for. Since our goal is to manage the full project, we give the largest discounts on the Interior Design projects in the manner. This allows IP to ensure that everything is done to our standards. The Owner of IP also works closely with the largest Design Center in SE Asia. This allows IP to do product specs for the entire project regardless of the size and pass on these direct savings. We also do mock up rooms along with props for many major land developers in Thailand. We also put together furniture packages or offer coupons to developers for home buyers We work with many skilled builders and craftsmen that have been hand-picked for their different skills. |

Excellent Founder and Designer!I am lucky enough to have met with and do business with Mr. Deli. He is a true gentleman! He delivered more than promised on 3 of our Investment projects. This made me look outstanding to my investors in Bangkok and Pattaya. I admired the fact that he was more like a brother or family member to me and was politely firm where I may have made some wrong choices. I'm glad he had the courage to stick to and defend his decisions for the sake of our projects. I found him to have extreme business smarts on top of his design skills, so it was like hiring a business consultant as well. He knows his business well! Bravo Mr LaBarck. I sincerely recommend Interior Passion Co LTD ( As long as Deli is involved!) for any architectural, interior or exterior projects. Experience mattersDoing design for sometimes, I find that it is more than just theories you can find in a book. Sometimes, experience can make a great deal of difference. I would highly recommend Deli because of his guarantees quality and services and most importantly his extensive experience in the field that really makes a difference. |
